Thailand Factory

Operated by Shunwei Fabrication Factory, our Thailand manufacturing base supports local construction projects with steel bar truss floor decks and custom sheet-metal components.

An automated truss floor-deck line, plate shears and press brakes support made-to-order decking and bent metal components.

Local supply

In-house fabrication serves the Group’s industrial plants, offices and other construction projects, while also supplying external clients. Local production helps shorten the supply chain and coordinate project delivery.

From design to delivery

The team handles planning and construction drawings, civil and installation works, steel frame fabrication and erection, and custom metal components. Chinese and Thai personnel work together with in-house construction crews and company-owned equipment.

Project references

Local work includes the Beixin gypsum board plant, InnoLight canteen building, Shengquan special-alloy plant and Suntrust industrial development.

Data center infrastructure

Indonesia

SWS Indonesia undertook the main steel frame for the PDG JC3 data center in Cikarang, Bekasi. The development comprises two data-center buildings with a total floor area of 93,500 m².

PDG JC3 data center

Location: GIIC Greenland International Industrial Park, Sukamahi, Bekasi, West Java.
Investor: Princeton Digital Group, Singapore.
General contractor: China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, through Shanghai Construction Overseas.
IT power capacity: 120 MW, with a dedicated 150 kV substation.
Steel structure milestone: Main steel structure topped out in April 2026.

Morocco

Our Morocco branch delivers steel-structure plant design and construction for the new-energy and industrial sectors in Morocco and the surrounding region, with an emphasis on long spans and precise construction.

Gotion battery manufacturing

SWS Morocco undertook the main steel-structure plant works for Gotion’s power-battery gigafactory.

BTR battery materials

The branch also delivered steel-structure plant works for BTR’s integrated cathode-and-anode materials base.

Building materials production

The United Republic of Tanzania

The Tanzania Beixin production-line upgrade in Kibaha covers 14,235.37 m² across eight building units, using portal steel frames and independent concrete foundations.

Production lines: 100,000 tonnes of powder per year and 15 million m² of gypsum board per year.
Location: Beixin Building Materials plant, Kibaha District, Coast Region.
Maximum span: 37 m.
Maximum building height: 18.025 m.
Design service life: 50 years for the main structure.
